Caregivers earn an average of $15 per hour, are paid weekly, and can work overtime. You may also qualify for up to a $750 sign-on bonus when transferring with a client or family member.
As a contracted provider with Community HealthChoices health plans including Keystone First, UPMC, and PA Health & Wellness, we support families across Philadelphia and surrounding areas. After 30 days, you can enroll in health insurance, with most or all costs covered if you work 30 hours or more. We also provide holiday pay, paid time off, and 401k retirement matching for added financial security. These benefits give caregivers peace of mind while caring for the people who depend on them.
We invest in your future with free CNA training through our Care Bridge Academy partnership, helping you advance your career. CNAs in Philadelphia can earn up to $25 per hour.
